At the Time, I Couldn't Figure Where I Would Put These...

Back when I was clearing out my dear Mom's house, I was thinking that I really didn't have a place at home to display these paintings of nudes that my Mom made in her life-painting class at school. I wanted them to go to those who would appreciate them though; and so I placed an ad, for them to go to such persons (for free), on craigslist. I made certain to take the best photos I could of them first though. (Now I regret giving away the one of the Lady Reading a Book - and I'm sure I could have somehow cropped the ones of the gals. Later, I did keep and frame some others though...)

An Abstract, Black Paint on Paper, which I Didn't Physically Save, Except for Some Photos of It

Music, noise, wheat? pine? a flag, eyes, a hand/fist, bridge/tuning pegs? wind? motion? a guitar? a whirlwind/vortex/inside of a trumpet? Thanks for leaving me guessing, Mom, lol!

(Most of these paintings had been in my Mom's basement, for years - so this one was not in the best of condition. I was still thrilled to discover them though! It turned out that I had not previously seen MOST of her artwork!)
